• In cases where the product is being made to order exclusively for you (as detailed in the relevant product descriptions) we will normally despatch your products to you within 2 weeks from receipt of your order.

• In the unlikely event that your item is temporarily out of stock we will immediately initiate a back order for you but you will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait.
